Mondo & Dario
Mondo and Dario are both educators turned entrepreneurs.
Mondo spent seven years with the St Paul School District serving as a behavioral specialist at the elementary level. Dario spent six years in the same district inspiring youth in a high school special education program.
Both departed their positions as full-time St Paul educators in 2016 to pursue entrepreneurship. Despite similar paths working within the same school district, Mondo & Dario didn’t meet until 2017.
Between 2016-2018 Mondo launch multiple social impact startups aimed at creating more equitable environments through technology. During that same timeframe Dario launched Youth Lens 360, a marketing company powered by youth 14-24.
For a year Mondo & Dario shared resources, connections, and positive vibes to uplift each others individual businesses. Their aligned passion to put community first, as they grew for-profit businesses, was something unique to their lived experience. Instead of continuing on separate paths, they took deliberate action to create a joint venture, T.E.A.M.
T.E.A.M. combines Tech Entrepreneurship Art & Media to drive economic impact to the creative economy. Together, the businessmen believe they can plug creative talent into T.E.A.M Studios, a full stack marketing and ad agency, led by Dario. In turn, T.E.A.M Studios will scale in-house T.E.A.M Venture tech startups, led by Mondo.
The two business partners believe their value is defined by social impact and as a TEAM they can produce more meaningful change than as individuals.
